  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 68 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken to an even thickness and rub with olive oil and blackened seasoning.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken until it reaches a dark amber color on one side; flip, add butter and garlic, and finish cooking until done.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté garlic, then stir in heavy cream and blackened seasoning until thickened.
  4. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; combine cooked noodles with the alfredo sauce and top with sliced chicken before serving.
