- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for streusel)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9"x5" loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries and pour batter into prepared pan.
- For streusel, mix sugar and flour; blend in softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
