Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries and pour batter into prepared pan.
  5. For streusel, mix sugar and flour; blend in softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
  6. Bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
