  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

  4. Press half of the oat mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss blueberries with granulated sugar and cornstarch; spread over the oat base.
  6. Crumble remaining oat mixture on top; gently press down.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
