- 1 (20oz) container of refrigerated or frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (24oz) jar of pasta sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
- 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated or shredded parmesan
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with seasonings like salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in pasta sauce and cream cheese; simmer until well combined.
- Mix cooked tortellini into the sauce mixture, then pour into the baking dish. Top evenly with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes; broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Serve hot alongside your choice of sides.
