- 2 tablespoons chili crisp
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Instructions
- Rinse snap peas and trim tough ends; slice on a bias.
- Blanch the frozen edamame in boiling water for 3 minutes; drain and cool under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine snap peas, edamame, scallions, and cilantro.
- In another bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sesame seeds, honey, ginger, chili crisp, and sesame oil until well mixed.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
