Ingredients
- 16.5 oz Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 3 cups cold milk
- 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3.9 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Let cookie dough sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then press into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add in 1.5 cups Cool Whip and mix well.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cookie layer.
- In another bowl, whisk cold milk with chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Spread pudding mixture atop the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
