- 3 overripe mashed bananas
- 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour (regular or gluten-free)
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter (for cinnamon swirl)
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon (for cinnamon swirl)
- ¾ cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter (for frosting)
- 2 oz softened vegan cream cheese (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, flour, and oats to the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl; layer half of this mixture over the batter.
- Top with the remaining batter and sprinkle with any leftover swirl mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before frosting with a mixture of powdered sugar, melted vegan butter, and softened vegan cream cheese.
