- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed

- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- For the cheesecake filling, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Cream softened butter with both sugars in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Scoop dough portions and flatten slightly; place cheesecake filling in the center and roll into balls.
- Roll each cookie ball in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until coated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake cookies on a parchment-lined sheet for 11–13 minutes. Cool on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
- Prepare icing by whisking powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla extract until smooth; drizzle over cooled cookies.
