  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. For the cheesecake filling, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Cream softened butter with both sugars in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  4. Scoop dough portions and flatten slightly; place cheesecake filling in the center and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each cookie ball in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until coated.
