Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cans cinnamon rolls (8 count each)
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour melted butter into an ungreased 9×13 baking pan.
- Separate cinnamon rolls into 16 pieces; cut each roll into quarters and arrange in the pan.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy whipping cream, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined. Pour evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and drizzle with syrup if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle reserved icing over the top before serving.
