Instructions
- Warm milk and sprinkle in active dry yeast; let it froth.
- Combine the yeast mixture with sugar, egg, melted butter, flour, salt, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring.
- Knead the dough until smooth; let it rise until doubled.
- Mix filling ingredients and spread on rolled-out dough.
- Roll dough tightly, slice into pieces, and place in a baking dish to rise again.
- Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare frosting and generously top warm rolls.
