- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 10 whole cloves garlic
- 2 ½ cups chicken broth

- ⅓ cup flour
- Italian seasoning blend
- Parmesan cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; dredge lightly in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken until golden brown (5–7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat, add butter, and sauté garlic until golden.
- Sprinkle in flour to form a roux; cook for about 1 minute until bubbly.
- Slowly whisk in chicken broth, then add bouillon cube, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder.
- Return chicken to skillet; cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream; simmer for an additional 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
