Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake the crust for about 8 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth.
- Pour the lemon mixture into the warm crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with lemon zest or slices if desired.
