- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 16 slices Swiss cheese
- 225 g turkey chicken ham, thinly sliced
- Peanut oil or vegetable oil, for frying
- 125 g all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 100 g panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 480 mL milk
- 60 g Dijon mustard
- 100 g shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pound each breast to an even thickness using a meat mallet between plastic wrap.
- Layer Swiss cheese and turkey ham on each breast; roll tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a tall pan; dredge rolls in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko.
- Fry until golden brown; ensure internal temperature reaches 75°C.
- For the sauce, melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour and milk until thickened; stir in Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve sliced rolls drizzled with the creamy sauce.
