  • 225 g turkey chicken ham, thinly sliced
  • Peanut oil or vegetable oil, for frying
  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 100 g panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 480 mL milk
  • 60 g Dijon mustard
  • 100 g shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Pound each breast to an even thickness using a meat mallet between plastic wrap.
  3. Layer Swiss cheese and turkey ham on each breast; roll tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a tall pan; dredge rolls in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko.
  5. Fry until golden brown; ensure internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  6. For the sauce, melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour and milk until thickened; stir in Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese.
