  • 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, and chicken broth. Pour over the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW heat for about 5 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Cut each biscuit into eight pieces and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
  6. Cover again and switch to HIGH heat; cook for an additional hour until biscuits are fluffy.
