- 10 oz fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 14 oz canned artichoke heart quarters, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp garlic puree
- 3 tbsp dried minced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the fresh baby spinach and grease your Crock Pot with cooking spray.
- Add chopped spinach and drained artichokes into the pot.
- Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan until well combined.
- Add garlic puree, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
- Cover and cook on High for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once done, stir well again before serving warm with your choice of dippers.
