  • 10 oz fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • 14 oz canned artichoke heart quarters, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp garlic puree
  • 3 tbsp dried minced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the fresh baby spinach and grease your Crock Pot with cooking spray.
  2. Add chopped spinach and drained artichokes into the pot.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan until well combined.
  4. Add garlic puree, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
  5. Cover and cook on High for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once done, stir well again before serving warm with your choice of dippers.
