  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter (yielding approximately 16-20 meatballs).
  3. Place the meatballs in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the beef broth and French onion soup mix. Pour this mixture over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover again until melted.
