Ingredients
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 oz chopped artichoke hearts, drained
- 12 oz frozen spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1–½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ tablespoon salt
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine diced onion, minced garlic, chopped artichoke hearts, and frozen spinach; mix well.
- Cube the cream cheese and place it on top of the mixture.
- Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
- After cooking, stir thoroughly to blend all ingredients.
- Cover and continue cooking on high for another 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
