Instructions

- Dip each croissant half into the egg mixture, turning several times for thorough soaking.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray. Cook each croissant half for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, transferring them to the warm oven as you go.
- Serve hot with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, or whipped cream as desired.
