Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced apple, celery, scallions, sultana raisins, and yellow raisins.

- Add the mayonnaise and chopped parsley; stir until well combined. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise if a creamier texture is preferred.
