- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 14 oz Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 pcs Cracker Crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup Butter (unsalted)
Instructions
- If using a store-bought crust, skip to step 2. For a homemade crust, crush the crackers finely and mix with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and condensed milk with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add fresh lemon juice and zest; mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the lemon filling into the prepared crust and smooth out the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
