Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, smashed garlic cloves, honey (or alternative), and all spices.
- Whisk until well blended into a thick paste.
- Pour the marinade over your choice of meat or veggies and coat evenly.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or up to 2 days for maximum flavor.
