Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter; then stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined—some lumps are okay.
- Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
