Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan.
- In one bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined.
- Add your desired mix-ins and stir gently.
- Divide batter into muffin cups (about ¼ cup each).
- Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown; let cool before serving.
