Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare mini loaf pans.
- In one bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vegetable oil; then combine with sugars.
- Divide the batter into four bowls and customize each with desired flavors (e.g., cranberries and orange zest for one loaf).
- Pour the flavored batters into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25–28 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in pans before removing.
