  • 1 ½ cups (360 g) beef broth
  • 1 package (16 ounces) potato gnocchi, uncooked
  • 1 ½ cups (169.5 g) Gruyère cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a heavy-bottomed skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 15-20 minutes until deeply caramelized.
  2. Stir in red apple vinegar and cook until evaporated. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add uncooked gnocchi; simmer for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Sprinkle Gruyère cheese over the top and broil for 2-3 minutes until melted and golden.
  6. Carefully remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
