Ingredients
- 1 box puff pastry dough (2 sheets), thawed
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh strawberries, stems removed and cut in half
- 3 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
- Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, lime juice, and zest in a stand mixer until smooth.
- Place two tablespoons of filling in the center of each round, leaving space around the edges.
- Top with fresh blueberries and halved strawberries.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
