- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x4x2 inch bread pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the beaten egg, chicken sparkling grape juice, sour cream, orange juice, cooking oil, and orange zest.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined; do not overmix.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared bread pan and bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely on a cooling rack before glazing.
