- 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (for frosting)
- ⅛ tsp salt (for frosting)
- 5 tbsp milk (for frosting)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warmed milk and sugar; sprinkle yeast on top and let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
- Add melted butter, gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and mix until sticky dough forms.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- For the filling, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread the filling mixture evenly.
- Roll tightly from one long side, cut into pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- For frosting, beat softened cream cheese and butter; gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and milk.
- Drizzle frosting over warm rolls before serving.
