  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter (softened for frosting)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • ⅛ tsp salt (for frosting)
  • 5 tbsp milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warmed milk and sugar; sprinkle yeast on top and let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add melted butter, gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and mix until sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  4. For the filling, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread the filling mixture evenly.
  6. Roll tightly from one long side, cut into pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
