- 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 tablespoons unflavored vegan gelatin or agar-agar
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooled green tea and lemon juice. Add honey or maple syrup and grated ginger; mix well.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the vegan gelatin in hot water; stir until completely smooth.
- Slowly pour the gelatin mixture into the green tea blend while whisking continuously until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them evenly without overfilling.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm, then pop out of molds and enjoy!
