Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored vegan gelatin or agar-agar
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled green tea and lemon juice. Add honey or maple syrup and grated ginger; mix well.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve the vegan gelatin in hot water; stir until completely smooth.
  3. Slowly pour the gelatin mixture into the green tea blend while whisking continuously until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them evenly without overfilling.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm, then pop out of molds and enjoy!
