  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken and bell peppers with salt and pepper; grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F) and peppers for about 5-6 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with fresh herbs and sliced grilled chicken and peppers; toss with the vinaigrette.
