  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente; drain.
  2. In a wok or large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30-60 seconds.
  3. Whisk together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl; pour into the wok and simmer.
