Ingredients
- 1 lb yakisoba or linguine noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a wok or large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30-60 seconds.
- Whisk together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl; pour into the wok and simmer.
- Toss cooked noodles in the sauce until well coated; season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the noodles, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and toss again.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
