- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking sheet or silicone mold and press down gently to shape.
- Freeze for 10-15 minutes until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Optional: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before returning to the freezer for another 10-15 minutes.
