- 3 tablespoons plant-based gelling agent (like agar-agar)
Instructions
- Prepare silicone molds on a baking sheet or line an 8×8 inch dish with wax paper.
- In a blender, combine chopped fruit, vegetables, and ¼ cup apple juice; blend until smooth.
- Add honey and vanilla extract; blend again to mix well. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk in the plant-based gelling agent until dissolved without boiling.
- Fill prepared molds with the mixture and refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
- Carefully remove from molds or cut into pieces if using a baking dish.
