- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary chopped (or thyme)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix hot honey with minced garlic.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, pour the honey mixture over it, and sprinkle feta and rosemary on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- For extra caramelization, broil on high for an additional 1–2 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
