- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

- 2.5 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix with fresh or thawed strawberries; stir gently and pour into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts over the batter.
- Bake for about 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While baking, beat together softened cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Once baked and cooled slightly, spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
