- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter

- 3/4 cup sugar (adjustable)
- 1 large egg, beaten

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Sprinkle baking soda over the mixture and gradually fold in the flour until just combined; some lumps are okay.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
