  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 6 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 jar Raspberry Preserves
  • 2 cups Confectioners' Sugar
  • 24 tbsp Whole Milk

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it froth for 5-10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend bread flour, all-purpose flour, and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix until a dough forms; knead with a stand mixer or by hand until smooth (5-7 minutes).
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, dimpling the surface.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before spreading with raspberry preserves and drizzling with a confectioners' sugar glaze mixed with milk.
