  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for cream cheese layer)

  • 16 ounces whipped topping (divided)
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 1 box chocolate instant pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions
