Ingredients
- 6 oz fresh spinach (or thawed frozen spinach)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp additional parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- If using fresh spinach, sauté it in olive oil until wilted. For frozen spinach, ensure it's thawed and drained.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, grated parmesan, white cheddar, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; mix well.
- Stir in the prepared spinach until evenly combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish. Mix Panko bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
