  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp additional parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. If using fresh spinach, sauté it in olive oil until wilted. For frozen spinach, ensure it's thawed and drained.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, grated parmesan, white cheddar, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; mix well.
  3. Stir in the prepared spinach until evenly combined.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish. Mix Panko bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
