Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 11×7 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold in chopped apples.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
