Instructions

  1. Cut celery into ½-inch diagonal slices and coarsely chop the leaves. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add sliced red onion, chopped garlic, red apple vinegar, olive oil, coarsely chopped capers, oregano, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Toss all ingredients together until well combined. Adjust seasonings to taste.
