- 2 cups cooked shredded organic chicken
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups organic chicken stock
- 1½ cups organic heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped organic kale
- 5–6 organic sundried tomatoes
- 3 tbsps organic all-purpose flour
- 1½ tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste, organic
- 3 tbsps cooking apple vinegar
- ½ lemon, freshly-squeezed
- 1–2 cups tomatoes (optional)
- 1 Homemade Texas Toast Garlic Bread
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in all-purpose flour, cooking for about 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in chicken stock until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, Tuscan Marry Me blend, salt, sundried tomatoes, and tomato paste; mix well.
- Pour in heavy cream and cooking apple vinegar; simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped kale (and optional tomatoes). Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot with warm Homemade Texas Toast Garlic Bread.
