- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 pepperoncini peppers + 1/4 cup juice from the jar
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 (1 ounce) packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour in pepperoncini juice and add the peppers.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Distribute pieces of butter on top.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken with forks right in the cooker, mixing it thoroughly with the sauce before serving.
