  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup apple juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Alternately add dry ingredients and fruit juices to the butter mixture until combined.
  5. Gently fold in dried fruits and nuts until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely before serving.
