Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the cheesecake layer by beating cream cheese until smooth, adding sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
- Layer half the cheesecake mixture over the crust, followed by sliced strawberries. Repeat layers.
- Top with whipped cream and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
