Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two loaf pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until blended.
- Stir in the mashed bananas until combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just incorporated.
- Gently add chopped walnuts using a rubber spatula.
- Divide batter between loaf pans and bake for 35 to 45 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
- Let cool in pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
