- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 24 Peeps (vegan marshmallows)
- 2 cups M&Ms (preferably in Easter colors)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with tin foil, lightly greasing it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well mixed.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until set.
- While baking, chop the Peeps into small pieces.
- Remove the cake from the oven and quickly sprinkle chopped Peeps over the warm surface.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-6 minutes until the Peeps start to toast.
- Sprinkle M&Ms on top of the toasted Peeps before allowing it to cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
