Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Carefully fold in raspberries, pistachios, orange zest, and juice using a rubber spatula.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
