Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together room temperature butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring until just combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, place dough on the prepared baking sheet with enough space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly underdone. Let cool before serving.
