Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (diced)
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped or minced)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or oil of your choice, more if needed)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 strips cooked Turkey Bacon (cut in half making 4 pieces)
- 2 buns (toasted)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, red bell pepper, green onion, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic. Mix until well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Preheat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place two patty balls into the skillet and smash them down gently with a spatula.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned on one side. Flip the patties over, add cheddar cheese on top, cover with a lid, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Assemble by spreading mayo and sriracha on toasted buns, placing the cheesy patties on top followed by sliced red onions and Turkey Bacon. Top with the second bun.
